INAGURAL MEETING – 23RD APRIL 2022
The inaugural prayer meeting of Shiva Temple Manchester was on the Saturday, 23rd April 2022, at the Multipurpose Hall, Manchester Health academy, the event was marked by elaborate invocation and prayers towards Lord Ganesh, Rudra Abhishekam to Lord Shiva, Bhajans were sung by group of musicians along with chanting of Vedas and sacred Hymns. The event was attended by 220 people, this includes families, adults and kids, the prayers and poojas were led by Sivaprathan Gurukkal and Lambotharan Gurukkal from Port Talbot. The food was given free to all attendees of the meeting and was sponsored by Saispice restaurant.
